1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be in its original, unused condition. This means that the item should be undamaged, with no signs of wear, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some products may not be eligible for return. These include:
    • Opened, used, or damaged headphones
    • Gift cards or digital products
    • Items purchased with promotional discounts or on sale (unless otherwise specified)

If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy! Just follow these steps:

Step 4: Confirmation and Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


3. Refunds

We want to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not, we offer a refund for eligible returns.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or clearance products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

  • Return Shipping Costs for Defective Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

9. International Returns

We currently offer international shipping for our products. If you are returning an international order, please note:

10. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/Used Items: Any headphones that have been used or opened will not be accepted for a return unless defective.
